Acted on behalf of commercial developer over a substantial building dispute involving the Broadgate Development

Unlawful interference with land. Defended large pub chain in a nuisance action brought by a neighbour

Acted for insurers defending and pursuing claims involving subsidence of residential properties

Negligence claim against roofing contractors following destruction of property by fire

Acted for large insurers in relation to property insurance claims, professional indemnity claims, policy disputes and subrogated recovery actions.

Interests

Travel –I have travelled extensively visiting over 90 countries in 7 continents. I am fascinated with technology and retain great interest in computers and the internet. I also enjoy film making, film editing and digital photography.

Sporting interests include regular gym, tennis, badminton and swimming. Other hobbies include skiing, scuba-diving, horse riding and mountain biking. I speak conversational Spanish and French.
